This document establishes the legal conditions that regulate the use of the website engraive.com and the contracting of custom design and engraving services offered by Grava. By accessing this site or placing an order, the user fully accepts these conditions.

Grava reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes via a notice on the main page at least 15 days before they take effect.

We offer laser engraving services on materials such as glass, wood, metal, leather, and acrylic, as well as prior graphic design for preparing engraving files. Each order is formalized through a detailed quote specifying the material, dimensions, text or design to be engraved, and the estimated delivery time.

We do not carry out work that includes violent, discriminatory, obscene content, or content related to weapons, gambling, cryptocurrencies, scams, guarantees of economic profit, or any other material that may be considered illegal or inappropriate under Spanish law.

The client must provide the design or exact specifications for the engraving. Grava reviews each request and may suggest technical adjustments to ensure the quality of the final result. Once the design is approved by the client, production begins.

The client is responsible for verifying the spelling, content, and suitability of the text or design before final approval. Grava is not responsible for typographical or content errors once the engraving process has started.

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or credit card through the secure payment gateway indicated in the quote. No order will be processed until full payment has been received.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and the selected delivery method, and are communicated to the client before order confirmation.

Delivery times are agreed upon in the quote and begin from the approval of the design and receipt of payment. Grava commits to meeting the agreed deadlines but is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

In the event of a delay attributable to Grava, the client may request a new delivery date or cancellation of the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

The client declares that they are the owner of the copyright or have the necessary authorization to reproduce any design, logo, text, or image provided for engraving. Grava assumes no responsibility for intellectual property rights infringements committed by the client.

Grava reserves the right to display the work carried out in its portfolio, unless the client expressly requests confidentiality at the time of ordering.

Grava guarantees that engraving work will be carried out with the quality and professional care described in the quote. If the final product has defects attributable to the engraving process, the client has 14 days from receipt to notify and request a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Grava is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the product, exposure to extreme conditions not recommended, or natural wear and tear of the material over time. Grava's maximum liability in any case is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the corresponding order.

The client may cancel an order before the engraving process begins, receiving a full refund. Once engraving has started, cancellations and returns are not accepted due to the customized nature of the product.

If the product arrives damaged due to transport, the client must notify within 48 hours and keep the original packaging to manage the claim with the courier company.

The personal data provided by the client will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available on the policy.html page. Grava uses the data solely for order management and necessary communication, and does not transfer it to third parties without express consent, except where required by law.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
